Continuing Education

RDG Planning & Design is truly a learning organization, founded on the belief that shared knowledge is more valuable than that held by any one individual. To that end, RDG has established RDGU, where the emphasis is on continuing the education and professional development of every individual in the firm.

We offer in-house training on the tools and skills needed for continuing professional development. Individual training is available via interactive media or the net from work or home; group training is provided in classroom settings. Luncheon learning opportunities are scheduled with certified providers on technical topics as well as in-house experts in various communities of interest. Attendance of professional conferences and participation in outside professional development programs is encouraged, and RDG pays for many qualifying expenses.

RDG provides a vibrant and engaging atmosphere, in which learning extends beyond classroom walls and off desks. There are many opportunities to develop true mentoring relations in-house, and to gain from the experience of those around you, and we encourage everyone to do so.
