Welcome to the Excelsior Springs Comprehensive Plan Process. Over the next year RDG will be assisting the residents of Excelsior Springs with the development of the city's Comprehensive Plan. To learn more you can download the scope and timeline.

The first meeting of the Excelsior Springs Plan Committee is Thursday, September 4, 2008. We invite Committee members and interested residents in completing a Community Questionnaire. The questionnaire is the first step in gathering residents' input and is vital in creating a vision that is unique to the City of Excelsior Springs.
