Merle Hay Road Redevelopment Study
The goal of this project is to provide a framework to launch the redevelopment of the Mixed Use Center located along Merle Hay Road from NW 62nd Avenue to NW 66th Avenue. The study will provide a market analysis and future development vision for the redevelopment area pictured and also address the Merle Hay Corridor to Interstate 35/80. The consultants, RDG Planning and Design, are working with a Steering Committee and meetings are open to the public. Special public meetings will be announced here. The project is supported by Johnston Economic Development Corporation (JEDCO) and the city of Johnston. More information is included in the Full Project Description linked below:
