Omaha's Best Places to Work competition, sponsored by the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce and Baird Holm Law Firm, welcomed area companies to measure employee satisfaction via an online or paper survey. According to Scott Moore, partner at Baird Holm, "The goals of the competition are to honor companies that have created positive work environments; to recognize and share best practices; to promote Omaha and Omaha-area employers and to provide valuable feedback and data to participating companies to assist them in measuring levels of employee satisfaction and engagement."
