Purpose-Driven Design is good design! RDG Planning & Design is the recipient of three distinguished accolades from The Communicator Awards for graphic design and multi media work. Heralded from more than 5,200 entries, RDG's 2005 Open House Invitation, which incorporated a yearbook / memory book concept into the annual open house event, won an Award of Excellence in both the Marketing/Promotion/Special Event category and the Design/Invitation category. Only14% of the entries received this high honor. In addition, the firm's design and multimedia work on LADCO Development's website won an Award of Distinction in the Website / Homepage category.

The Communicator Awards is an international awards competition that recognizes outstanding communication work. Entries are judged by industry professionals who look for companies and individuals whose talent exceeds a high standard of excellence, whose ability to communicate elevates them among the best in the field, and whose work serves as a benchmark for the industry. There were 5,214 entries from throughout the United States and several foreign countries in The Communicator Awards 2006 Print Competition. The Communicator Awards provides an equal chance of winning to all entrants, regardless of size and budget. All work is judged solely on it own quality, creativity, and resourcefulness.

RDG is a distinctive group of extraordinary individuals with the shared purpose of making more of life through Purpose-Driven Design.
