Community Planning Overview:

Streets as public spaces should be both efficient and attractive. The concept of Green Streets and a Streetscape Handbook accomplishes a number of significant and desirable outcomes, including: Improved Traffic Safety, Increased Property Values, Increased Pedestrian and Bicycle Access, Better Stormwater Management, Upgraded Development, Better Image and Community Marketing.

Graphic Design & Multimedia Overview:

This is a master plan for improving the quality of street development in Omaha while protecting and enhancing the city's natural environment. Our design of the document reflects the mood of the content and accentuates the plan's intent. The illustrative cover extends its personality throughout the book, and is printed on environmentally-responsible paper with minimal production costs.
