Here at RDG we are driven to improving people's lives through design. We do this by actively supporting initiatives in our communities such as the DMARC Food Pantry and Special Olympics. And we are lucky to partner with great clients that have a positive impact on life, like Goodwill and The Salvation Army.

Our reach is also global, with the work we've done for Child Voice International, who work to restore sustainable communities in war torn Uganda.

In addition to the design work we do, over 50% of our employees choose to lend their personal time to various civic organizations through volunteering.

Design may be our practice, but it's the the drive to live life responsibly and do it well … as individuals, as a company, and as part of a community that make it truly worth doing.
