This Outpatient Surgery Center at Village Pointe provides high quality surgical care for children in the specialties of Dental, Dermatology, Ear-Nose-Throat, General Surgery, Ophthalmology and Urology. The bold, energetic color scheme pops upon entering, clearly identifying with the demographic.
Private pre/post operative patient rooms are sized so families can wait there during surgery. Two sets of rooms are connected by sliding partitions to accommodate families with more than one child having surgery at the same time. Children and families intentionally exit back through the public waiting area following their procedures, allowing other children to see a positive outcome. The floor plan is laid out with a simple circular flow making it efficient for high through-put.
