Wayfinding
Building upon the University's heritage, gothic architecture inspired the wayfinding and campus signage design.
Elements extracted from the style of much of the architecture on campus are manipulated to create a modern wayfinding system design. RDG engaged with a focus group to provide feedback on the design and user experience. The North Dakota Department of Transportation was enlisted to help with this project along with local government bodies. The result is a wayfinding package that will be a lasting addition to UND's campus.
