This  60,000 square-foot facility includes maintenance facilities, flammable materials storage, offices, recruiting facilities, library/classroom space, learning center, fitness center with locker rooms, assembly hall and training facilities. The building meets the needs of the Army National Guard as well as the Army Reserves. RDG's scope included programming, master planning, design and construction of the facility as well as implementation of the Greenlief master plan. The planning and design process occurred in a charette format, and incorporated a number of stakeholders in addition to the ARNG including the Army Reserves, BRAC representatives and others.
