When a murmuration forms, each bird in a flock is connected to every other. When a flock turns in unison, it's a phase transition. At the individual level, the rules guiding this are relatively simple. When a neighbor moves, so do you. The system is poised to change to become... We believe there is benefit to including artful experiences integrated into our work environment - that art should be a part of our daily work lives, mind and soul.

Murmuration is made from over 450 handmade slip-cast forms.

40 of the forms are fitted with flexible thin film OLED lighting, highlighting the transparency of the porcelain slip.

Like a murmuration of starlings, we strive to fly individually yet as a whole to act together for a greater purpose.
